The hotel is in an excellent location, but that’s the only good thing.While the door and safe are fitted for a card passkey, you were given a key to use. There was no chair in the room, so I had to request one. Extremely small bathroom. The window faced a wall. The unit had a small, noisy window A/C. Where do I even begin? Every member of the staff was amazing. They were so kind, so helpful, and so friendly. However, I was put in room 109 and I want to urge every future guest to remember if you get room 109 do not take it. Make them change you to another room. It is street level, it has a window air conditioner, which leaves open space for all of the noise to come in. The valet is literally right next to that window and they talk until late at night, laughing and being loud. I’m not sure but I think the kitchen might be under that room because the noise was so much so that I had to call the front desk and complain about it. It didn’t help it continued on all week. It was extremely bad on Friday night. They apparently are aware of the noise because there was a whole jar of sponge earplugs on the nightstand next to the bed. That’s how bad it was. I’m not exaggerating! The floor appeared to be peel and stick tile which was coming up, and there were many uneven places in the floor. The bathroom floor is so uneven that the door would get caught halfway open on the floor, and I had to shove it to continue opening it. Overall, the hotel is cute and charming because of its history. It has a very retro vibe to it, which makes it pretty. But the trade-off and comfort and quiet is not worth the aesthetics. 10 out of 10 do not recommend and I will never stay there again.

It is a cute boutique hotel. Keep in mind that there is no elevator. Also, the only option for parking overnight in this area is valet. Convenient location if you want to be in the middle of Beverly Hills.

This hotel is in a good location to visit LA with a (paid) parking garage across the street. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, no major issues with the hotel, but the mattress was in such poor condition it made my stay fairly unpleasant. I have actually never experienced a mattress in such dire need of replacement at a hotel. I think if the hotel made some updates, I would return, but otherwise I would not. If you are a light sleeper just be aware the street can be a bit loud sometimes, but earplugs were provided.

Got automatically charged about $70 the day I was checking out after two nights - apparently for taxes for some reason not mentioned when I booked and breakfast included in my stay I wasn’t aware of, didn’t see on the reservation and the check in staff didn’t mention. Noise from street was loud but ear plugs were provided. Staff had a UK to US plug converter that I needed. Would here again if I needed a hotel in the area in the future.

Very surprising little gem in the midst of the high brow part of Beverly Hills. Within a short walk of Rodeo Drive but very quiet and quaint. Small bathroom was adequate but clean.
