This is a cheap motel. It is ok - not somewhere I would jump at staying again, but I wouldn't specifically avoid it either. Would be fine for a 1 night passing through. The microwave and fridge didn't work well, and while they've done a great job replacing the floors there is a lot of work still to do.

I did not expect it to be good when i was looking for motel but this motel was really terrible only one lamb was on and other lambs were not working . Bed was not even clean it was full of dirt even pillows had some kind of blood stains and sofa , bathroom nothing was cleaned properly didnt feel like staying there for a minute . I was travelling from ottawa got stuck in snow thats why i booked this motel just to relax and take rest .At the end , i ended booking this motel which is not even worth to pay 20$ for 80$i would like to get refund for this

Guy at front desk was nice but the rooms where dirty, the bedsheets and towels had stains on them and where not properly washed. And worst of all an entire colony of disgusting cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom in and under everything. They need to bring in an exterminator. Would not recommend and if you do stay make sure you don’t bring in food and check everything before you leave. Will not be staying there again .

J'aimerai avoir un remboursement ses le pire motel de ma vie puis jen ai fIs des place tres mal propre la chambre pu la moisissure le lit tien meme pas toute seul droit le drap et couverture vraiment tres sale poil jaunis tache de sang sans parler du bruit des autre chambre que tu entend comme si i serais assi a coter toi la cafetiere meme pas laver vraiment je déconseille sans parler des gens qui assoie devant ta porte pour fumer puis qui ecoute la musique toute la nuit un -10/10 oufff

The young man in the office was kind and understanding. The room, however, was gross. I had booked a non-smoking room *presuming* it would be smoke-free but it was very not. I have severe allergies to smoke. When I entered the room I was unable to breathe. I knew immediately I would not be able to stay. We also found cockroach carcasses and poop in the drawers of the furniture, there were visible holes on the bedding, and my daughter could see the mold on the shower curtain before even entering the bathroom. I made the mistake of booking a non-refundable price so I lost my money. I requested a refund but was refused. I would think if the information provided by the property states "Bel-Air Motel offers smoke-free rooms", then it should be smoke-free. There is no mention any smoking policy or designated smoking areas anywhere on the booking page. Oh, and there are no carpets. In fact, it looked more like a hospital room than a motel room, except it did not look to have even been cleaned before we arrived. Very stark, smelly, and dirty.

someone overdosed in the room next to me. woke up to ambulance, fire and police. was not a pleasant experience. it was not the staff that troubled me, they were lovely. just the stay was extremely offputting.

1. Make bed by used dirty sheets with blood and filthy spots on 2. Bed bugs found on sleeping stuff 3. Front desk people refused to give clean bedding sheets 4. Heater broken and room is cold, but they didn't give more blankets 5. Couldn't stay there and leave the motel, they didn't refund any money In all, this terrible motel doesn't qualify basic living standards

Avoid At All Cost.
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the sheets, including blood stains. Blood splatters on the walls. Burns in the bedspreads. We had them move us to a second room after we inspected the first and the second was just as bad with the added benefit of the eye burning cigarette smell. The front desk guy assured us it was not in fact cigarette smell but rather a smell from the new air unit they had just installed, but come on. Did he actually think that was better? And it was definitely ashtray smell. Do not stay here. Honestly, you be better off on a park bench somewhere.
