Good but!
It was a birthday weekend between friends we have enjoyed it but the room service was surprisingly slow! We also didn’t like the menu options at both restaurants the food wasn’t great either. It was a good stay overall but I find the place is a little overrated for the price it costs

Très agréable retraite en nature. La chambre émotion vue sur le lac est très bien. Il y a de la peinture qui d'écaille sur les balcons. Les télévisions ne sont pas munies d'un accès pour utiliser notre compte aux applications populaires (Netflix, Disney+ etc). La réception prête toutefois un câble HDMI pour brancher un ordinateur, il faut le savoir, car ce n'est pas une information que j'ai pu connaître avant mon séjour.

Pros: Room was great, gas fireplace was a beautiful and functional bonus as weather was cool. Lovely outdoor pool and water front area. Restaurants were good, and table d’hote was excellent value. Cons: Not much to do indoors when weather was cool and rainy. No indoor common areas to convene or do indoor activities, other than gym and spa.

the garden view is non existent. The garden view is really the road view. There is no garden. Lake access for swimming is quite poor for a resort like this. especially the beach and chairs. Very disappointed.

Nous étions deux adultes et trois enfants. Il n’y avait aucune literie dans la chambre pour le « sofa-lit » (qui n’est pas un réel sofa/lit. Il n’y avait ni draps, ni oreillers ni couverture, que nous avons reçus au fur et à mesure, en rappelant l’administration à quelques reprises. Le sofa lit était tellement inconfortable que nous avons pensé quitter la première nuit. Les deux enfants qui y dormaient ont à peine pu dormir. Les oreillers étaient aussi, pour la plupart, inconfortables. Le premier soir, lus avons commandé de la pizza du restaurant de l’hôtel à la chambre. Les 4 pizzas n’étaient pas cuites en entier et bourrées de sauce. Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur, mis à part pour les dîners que nous avons pris au bar de la piscine. La nourriture du bar était bien et leurs cocktails aussi. Ce que nous avons par contre beaucoup aimé étaient les installations du spa dont nous pouvions profiter en famille et les activités offertes sur le lac et le reste du site.
