トランジットで短時間の利用でしたがオーナーにとても温かく迎えいただきました。 部屋も可愛くて清潔に保たれていてゆっくり休めました。 帰りも空港まで無料でタクシーを呼んでいただき空港も近いのですごく便利です。 またハノイに来た際は利用させてもらいます

Anna and her family were very accommodating. We just stayed over night to catch a flight in the morning but they fed us dinner and breakfast. It’s clean, well located for the airport and the beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in so far in Vietnam.

Wundervolle, mega engagierte Gastgeberin die uns sogar mit ihrem Roller zum Lokal gebracht hat, nachdem Google Maps versagt hat. Das Hotel selbst ist klein und einfach, aber sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet.

This place is very convenient and close to the airport. If you need a quick rest right after your long flight or just before you leave Vietnam this is a great place to stay. Ami was a great help during our stand and very friendly.

Ana, the owner checked me in very quickly , showed me the room amenities and made breakfast. This place is new and put together very nice. I’m so happy I chose this place on a quick turnaround and close to the airport . Free shuttle, free yummy breakfast and very comfortable beds /pillows. The balcony windows and door was double layered & extremely quiet in the room. I seldom write reviews but felt a need here. Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful pace

This was a family-run hotel. The room was small, but mine was upgraded to one with a balcony with soundproof balcony doors. One minor downside was the strong perfume scent in the room.

The hotel is really nice, very clean, Mia the receptionist was really kind and helpful. The driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel and she had a taxi 🚕 come pick me up. And upgraded my room! Highly recommend this comfy hotel.

This hotel is absolutely perfect if you need to catch a quick, pleasant rest close to the Hanoi airport. It is clean and the staff is what really makes it tick. Mia and her fellow staff members are the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. They were my first introduction to the nice people of Vietnam. Warm, friendly and so very helpful. Thank you Anna for providing such a nice place for a quick rest and clean up.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff member at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She kindly arranged a m taxi for me to get to the airport, which was complimentary. Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, but the staff’s friendliness and their help with arranging my transportation back to the airport made my stay even better. Because of this excellent service, I’m happy to give this hotel a five-star review.

Die Hotelmanagerin (ich glaube, ihr Name war Mia) war meinen Bedürfnissen gegenüber sehr entgegenkommend. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen einen frühen Flug, und sie war bereit, mir ein früheres als übliches Frühstück zu organisieren. Ausserdem half sie mir, einen frühen Transport am nächsten Morgen zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis zu arrangieren, da ich mir nicht sicher war, ob es zu dieser frühen Stunde einfach sein würde, ein Grab Auto zu rufen.

Arrived around 10pm and it was no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have done anything more for you. The room was exactly as described. Clean and modern. Check out was easy and breakfast was really good. A selection of dishes then fruit for dessert. The owners even paid for our taxi free of charge. I would definitely stay here again 🌟

I was there maybe only for five hours before catching a red eye flight but found the room to be clean and comfortable. What stood out for me was the hospitality extended by the woman at the front desk, Mia (sp?). Not only did she upgrade my room to one with a bigger bed (knowing that I wouldn’t be spending the night) but she also offered to spot me the cost of dinner a few places down that was cash only. Furthermore, when I asked about a snack I was looking to buy and bring home she offered to take me on her motor bike to the local store to see if they carried it. She again spotted me the money since the store was cash only and let me pay her back via credit card. Everyone in the hospitality industry has been incredibly nice but Mia truly went above and beyond. I highly encourage you to support this small local business which is a quick and easy car ride to Noibai International Airport.

トランジットでハノイに寄った際に利用しました。 深夜1時でしたがチェックインを待っていてくれました。 部屋は清潔で、騒音等もありませんでした。 浴室にはバスタブがありますが、使えるお湯の量に制限がある(しばらく使うと水になる)ため、貯めることはできません。 朝食は5種類から選ぶことができ、コーヒーか紅茶も選ぶことができます。 短い滞在でしたが良いホテルでした。
