My stay was ideal for a short trip with a comfortable and safe stay. The bed was not that comfortable however it wasn’t mine so glad it wasn’t long term. Overall I’d recommend the hotel to others! Spacious and very clean.

I stayed here in May 2026. The location is nice and I thought the staff were generally nice. Although they double charged me, then refunded get I complained, and refused to pay the difference I lost due the conversion. Other negative aspects include the thin walls and the noise during the evening due to the poorly insulated windows.

The rooms were nice and modern. It had a nice little kitchen with new appliances and basic dishes. Its within a few minutes walk to the convention center and not far from independence hall. They do not have parking, but there is a fenced in lot one block away.

The apartment was great and I love staying at the Heid. The only issues were: 1. There was no remote, when I asked for one, they brought one that did not work. I sent a message but no one responded. 2. The toilet seat was broken in my bathroom. I also sent a message but no one responded. I will still recommend this place to everyone.

My room was missing a few things and wasn't super clean. I booked this property because it had a washer and dryer in the unit, but my room was missing the dryer all together, washer only. My shower was missing a shower curtain and they brought one up immediately and hung it up for me as well, which was very nice, but the one they brought was stained. Overall the property is nice and the staff is great, there are just a few things this hotel missed the mark on.

The rooms are clean, but there is a slight smell by the elevators where the trash gets stored. I also left something in the room when I left (I know that was totally my fault because I left in a hurry); it was a big item and I called as soon as i got to the airport. The staff wasn't very helpful and told me they didn't find anything. One of the items was a bracelet unfortunately, so I can see why "nothing was found". Make sure you don't leave anything behind like me, you will never get it back....

Horrible experience. Room wasn’t ready by check in time and said to come back hours later. When we got the room the door didn’t work, entered the room and there was garbage, hair, it was gross. Went to shower and the soap rack was held together with duct tape. When we were all settled the tv didn’t work. Called front desk and receptionist bu g ho on us twice. Only positive was maintenance staff was friendly and attentive even though he couldn’t actually fix any of the issues stated above. Stay away from this place. Not work the 330 dollars for the night

The property has very interesting architecture and is really beautiful. The front desk people were very nice. That's about where the positive ends. The room was dirty with crumbs on the kitchen counter and small table in the living room, stove had not been wiped down, the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, the bathroom sink had not been wiped down. In addition, there was a lot of street noise, car racing at 3am for about a half hour and a car alarm went off for about an hour at 5am. The car issues are obviously not the property's fault, but just know with the large loft windows there is a lot street noise.

The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out to me. The room (#601) had broken blinds and missing curtains, which in a busy city meant the rooms were flooded with light all night from the streets below. The main elevator was broken and guests were required to use the service elevator to get to their rooms.
