Great stay, great hotel
Great stay and very friendly staff, could not fault room or location. My only slight gripe is that we checked in on line, we then checked in at hotel and were asked for ID. We left bags at hotel as room was not yet ready and when we returned we basically had to check in again and show ID. I get that we needed ID but to go through whole process again was frustrating .Whatsthe point of checking in on line.

Fleet Street lovely hotel
Strange that there was not an elevator or method to reach someone for assistance with heavy luggage. It was very cold and rainy on arrival so not having an easy way to get my heavy suitcase inside was surprising. Otherwise, fine hotel. Quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice restaurant.

If you’re familiar with London, this location is ideal for a weekend stay as it’s quieter without the weekday commuters. Yet, it’s just a 5-minute walk from two tube stations, providing quick and easy access to the city’s main attractions. I also loved the little gift—such a thoughtful touch!
