To start, the public space of the house is in chaos, with no rhyme or reason, there’s broken furniture sitting around and stacked up, very dirty floors that not been cleaned in months, clutter everywhere. It’s like a mansion for a horror nightmare movie set. They wasn’t a soul around, I found a small sign in the foyer that had a phone number. Upon entering our room i felt my skin start to crawl, the carpet on the floor was crunchy and filthy with stains, the bedding was dingy and worn and there was hair and specks of black on the sheets that I had to work hard to convince myself was not bugs, worn towels, tv that didn’t work at all, outdated worn out furniture, broken blinds, broken lamps, a rotten hole in the door going out to the balcony, splintered deck full of spiderwebs. It was a nightmare
