I've stayed in Ashikaga four times, three times at this hotel and as far as I know it's the best one within 30 minutes of Ashikaga City. That's not to say it's a four or five star hotel -- it's not - but provides the basics in a convenient location..

駐車場は外部の公共駐車場で、防犯面からも気になる。
朝食は問題ないレベル。
温泉も人工ではあるがゆっくりくつろげる広さでした。
室内の清掃は問題なし。ただしコップ類は清潔さに欠ける。
足利第２と一長一短あり、どちらに泊まるか微妙。
どちらもホテル内で夕食をとることができるところは助かる。

駐車場の台数が限られており、17時過ぎに到着したときには満車で、歩いて3，4分のところに駐車することになった。
車の人は早めに行かないと少し遠い駐車場になると思います。

夜は夕食をとる店もほぼなく、20時前でことわられることもあり、ホテルの一階の居酒屋があって本当に助かった。
