AC was excellent. Shower was good. Cleanliness bad (dirty floors, hair on bathroom & shower walls. The worst part was that I had to put up with a woman yelling and cursing at her 4 or five kids in the adjoining room CONSTANTLY, for 2 days and 3 nights. When I complained about that to the front desk, they promised they'd talk to her. I know they did, but nothing changed. They told me if nothing changed, they'd move ME! So their solution was to inconvenience me more, and then who knows what the next room would bring. I wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind, but, instead, I anonymously sent her and her kids a pizza because I overheard their need for food. I know she had her hands full, but I rented the room for peace and got the opposite. The pizza quieted things down, but only for a couple of hours. It was horrible, even in the middle of the night. Yes, I blame the staff. Oh yeah, the room has a strange smell, too. But the killer was the woman and her kids. Screaming at them, telling them they are stupid and threatening to take them back to their father. I wanted to call the police. That's partly why I sent a pizza (instead).
