This was a beautiful new condo turned hotel room. Kitchen just as pictured. Being newly open no one tested the room. The water was not hot initially, then they fixed it. The TVs were new but never set up, so I asked for those to be fixed. Had to set us a Samsung account myself. Kitchen is beautiful, but stove needed to be setup. There was a machine operating loudly in the hallway. When asked what it was for, they said to clean up water that leaked on another floor. I was told it would operate one day, but it was on my entire stay. Finally, the mattress was hard as a brick. Likely it was originally used for staging but they need to buy a hotel quality mattress. Mattress was so uncomfortable and made my back hurt, so I booked a room for my last night at the Biltmore.
