It was a nice hotel room, the shower had good pressure. The second night we saw ants in our bedroom corner, not much to do with that.... The breakfast was ok. Not much to choose from but had scrambled eggs and bacon for starters. The breakfast area was not optimal. The few days we had in SC it was 16 degrees celsius outside, and the breakfast area is located in a passage way so it was pretty cold where we ate breakfast. The guests had to bring warm jackets and wear scarf and hats while eating.

Very disappointing hotel - old,m and neglected
We booked this "5-star" hotel and it definitely can NOT be considered a 5-star hotel. It has the look of being great in the past, but it has become rundown and old, with much neglect.
We had many problems during our stay:
- the kettle was broken
- our keycard kept reseting
- the AC is movement- sensored so at night it gets hot
-no phone in the room to contact reception
- the worst: someone entered our room at 11pm, just as we were about to fall asleep. They did not knock, but they wuickly shut the door. We were very annoyed and when we approached the manager she said the man had been given the wrong paper of empty rooms, so it was the hotel's fault. She said she would give us something extra, and all it was were a few hours extra check out time
Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. 5 star means the service should be on point. All these problems should not be occurring in a 5 star place

Hotel was ok but I wouldn’t return
On e apone a time this would of been a nice hotel….
Why are people allowed to book places when there was the unrest that was happening in Santa Cruz ?!?!? I had 4 night stay nothing open I left after 1 night to la Paz
Asked for refund nothing….
Not hotels fault but will never return to bolivia
