They serve very nice breakfast which we can taste Hokkaido. The location is bit far from subway station however, we can walk arcades to avoid rain or snow.

Second time in two years I stayed here and liked it for the public bath facilities (and the half bowl vegetarian ramen “midnight snack”. Really liked the location as convenient for many places and the airport bus. Maybe some of the younger staff could be a little bit more friendly and helpful though.

The room is big enough for a person with a large suitcase. The location is pretty good. It's part of an arcade with numerous restaurants and stores and within decent walking distance of a subway station. The onsen is great with a cold pool in addition to the hot one as well as a relaxation room and some cold foods to enjoy afterwards. The biggest minus is the breakfast buffet can get very crowded despite the large size of the room, but they don't really have control over that.
The staff members were very polite during the breakfast buffet check in and helpful when I needed assistance to contact a business over an item I lost. I strongly recommend this place.
