False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Once there, difficult to find driver. 25+ mins trip away from airport to hotel. This is not located at the airport as indicated. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. Breakfast buffet terrible - poor selection in western and chinese quisine - more like school camp breakfast

The address listed on the website is incorrect. It states that the hotel is located inside the airport, which is not true. In reality, it is more than a 15-minute drive from the airport. Additionally, the correct address is not clearly provided anywhere, which made it very difficult and confusing to find the hotel. It was a very bad experience for me.

The complimentary airport shuttle was a lifesaver and so convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and check-in was incredibly fast. Every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I'm truly impressed with this hotel and will definitely be choosing it again on my next trip.

Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them. Rooms could have been a little cleaner but still the cleanliness was 8 out of 10

This was billed on your site as an airport hotel and only 1.4km from the terminal. That is not correct, it was a 20 minute drive even late at night with no traffic. The "shuttle" bus was a car that i was jammed into with 3 others after a very confusing and frustrating time trying to get the "shuttle". Hotel staff speak no english. Sorry but this hotel cannot be called an airport hotel and your misleading description and location must be ammended on your sight. Very dissapointed in Hotels.com
