当日ホテルでチェックインをした際に、無料でグレードアップ対応させていただきました！と案内され、とても満足しました！！ 対応も丁寧で素晴らしかったです！ ただ、お風呂の温度が低かったのでシャワーが少し寒かったです。笑 その他全て大満足でした！

Virkelig lækkert hotel tæt på centrum i Hanoi. Vi har virkelig nydt, at der var meget god plads i lejligheden. Samt at der var pænt og rent. Receptionisten var også virkelig sød og meget hjælpsom.

Location is great. Room is very roomy. Full size refrigerator+kitchen and good air conditioning. Noise level is high with the cafe. Staffs are trying hard to run it smoothly with some hiccups. Washroom needs better cleaning. Suggestion- change bed sheets to white.

Minerva Aparthotel is the ideal place to stay in Hanoi especially if you are coming with family. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is the best being near all the tourist attractions but also getting more of a local feel for the city and that doesn’t touch the best part of the stay which is how great Thomas and team are. They really go above and beyond and have excellent communication. They answered all our questions and you can depend on them for any arrangements you need!

Staff member Thomas went above and beyond accomodating our very early arrival by offering to store our lugguge in a secure area. Any questions or concerns were addressed within minutes. Our accommodations were immaculate. Air conditioning worked perfectly and insuite washer/dryer was a bonus.

This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend!

The location is so convenient that you can walk to anywhere. The hotel is newly renovated which is super clean and comfortable. What I loved the most is the staff, Thomas and Bé Trang, who offered us the services beyond expectations. I would stay in the place if I ever come back to Ha Noi. Already missed them and Ha Noi. I wish I could post some pictures on this platform.

The stay at Minerva was exceptional. Apartment was very large and clean. Staff were very good and friendly. The location is good on the edge of the old quarter. Easy walking to explore. They rate the hotel as 3 star. Not sure how that happened. I travel a lot and it is no question a 4 star hotel. I will be back again in 6 months for an extended stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The space was much larger then anticipated. We were given the penthouse apartment and there is no elevator to this floor. But other floors are easily accessible by elevator. The area was quiet and a very large deck to relax on.

Amazing stay! This Aparthotel was the best accomodation we had during our 3 week trip in Vietnam! Spacious apartment with separated bedrooms, very comfy beds, 1 large living room with new sofa and the kitchen corner is all equipped with basic cutlery, cookware, big fridge and rice cooker. All you need for your stay! Room was cleaned up every day with fresh towels and water bottles. Location was amazing, right at the corner of the old quarter and a few minutes walk to the lake! Staff was so kind and helpful, they were very welcoming and always doing their best to make your stay comfortable. This is by far the most best and quietest hotel we had and we would recommend it to all our friends heading off to Hanoi in the future! Thank you to all the team at Minerva hotel
