Window shade wouldn't pull down. Had no privacy until we stuffed wastebaskets and pillows over the window. No refrigerator in room. Toilet seat was loose. Dim lighting around bathroom mirror. Registration clerk told us breakfast began at 8 a.m. It began at 6 a.m.

It is a newer property. The clerk that was there at 7pm check us in and we had a problem with the curtains in the room and she fixed the problem. Bed was comfortable.

We had a very helpful associate at the front desk, Brianna. She was friendly and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. A recent remodel was apparent and provided clean rooms and fresh furnishings. Location was convenient to I40

The rooms are great, and the beds are amazing! Ms. Sissy, the young man who greets us in the morning, and Brianna were exceptional in their customer service. They always greeted us with a smile and were always willing to assist us when needed, unlike the other staff members. My only complaint would be that there aren't any mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. On the other hand, the parking lot was a death trap. They had not cleared it off after a week earlier snow storm. It was a solid sheet of ice. Very hard to get in and out of your car and into the hotel.
