Woodspring Suites is a new hotel at a reasonable price. Truthfully that is it's best feature, which will diminish quickly with time. While the staff was kind and competent, they cannot make up for all the current deficits. I felt like this place was set up to expect the worst (theft/damage). The lobby is locked up tight and cannot be accessed without a card key. The rooms are BARE BONES. Metal bed frames, open cubbies and closets rather than doors, practically no water pressure in shower and paper thin walls. As for amenities... they are non-existent. There is a full fridge/freezer, but NO Kleenex, NO hand towels, NO iron, NO ironing board, NO dishes (not even cups if you wanted to bring and make your own tea), NO coffee maker. Flooring is laminate/vinyl, which probably adds to the lack of noise reduction. Housekeeping only comes every two weeks, so if you have a short stay you will be out of luck. In my opinion there are better options in the vicinity. Bottom line was I did not get a restful sleep (thin walls), did not feel refreshed (shower was hard with minimal towels, one little shampoo provided and no pressure); therefore did not feel I got my money's worth, despite the lower end rate.

Parking lot was very small with very little parking available as well as my kids discovered cockroaches crawling around the bathroom floor in the middle of the night, also the room had a bad smell from long term guest that stayed previously, next to none amenities and last but certainly not least the WiFi didn’t work at all what so ever even after we used the troubleshooting tips given to us by front desk staff. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Literally EVERYTHING room was not ready upon arrival then after waiting and told it was ready we enter the room and there is nothing in the room literally NOTHING no sheets blankets pillow cases towel’s washcloth NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER!!! The hallways where piled with dirty linens from EVERY door on the 2nd floor (which I have pictures of). This was my boyfriend’s birthday I planned to get ready to go to the event that I put a $300 non refundable deposit on by the way at the hotel as I was on a schedule. Thankfully between the one helpful housekeeper and my boyfriend running to the store we were able to make it in time only to come back tired to MAKE OUR OWN BED!!! I will be expecting a full refund for my stay this kind of service is unacceptable and many contacts to management on duty were blown off totally unacceptable. And just to put it out there had the hotel sent an email or text apologizing but informing me that they were short staffed or behind schedule whatever the case may have been I would not be upset but there was no communication nor any empathy and everyone knows communication is key !!!
