Schönes Zimmer, sauber und sehr zentral. Haarföhn usw. war alles vorhanden, Preis- Leistung stimmte. Der Shop fürs Frühstück ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, das Essen fein und das Personal immer gut gelaunt.

I traveled to Florence Solo. This location was absolutely in a perfect location for walking everywhere. There are two really good places to eat on the same street but make sure you get reservations. The apartment was cute and the bed was wonderful, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive and helpful. I was amazed at how quiet it was. I felt very safe.

The property is miss advertised. The property is advertised as a ‘B&B’ (Bed and Breakfast) HOTEL. The property is not a Bed and Breakfast and neither is it a hotel. The property is converted studio apartments which is situated with in a block of residential apartments. To enter the property, you have to enter via a residential apartment door which is unmarked. The door, is also down a backstreet in Florence. The stair well / communal areas is then shared with residents. Please be mindful of this when booking. The rooms admittedly do look how they do on the pictures.

Great comfortable room.

Great experience, there was no lift but bags were carried to our room by the host, who provided full explanation on accessing the building. Lovely spacious room with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the centre and sights.

Chambre très propre et lits confortables! Emplacement stratégique avec les principales attractions dans un rayon de 30 minutes de marche, et à 5 min de marche de la station de train. Point constructif: la communication pour faire le check-in peut être difficile. L’annonce lors de la réservation indique que les instructions seront envoyées dans les 24 heures avant le check-in. Cependant, il faut plutôt écrire au personnel pour organiser l’heure de rencontre, et le retour n’est pas instantané. Avec les délais de vol, train etc, ce n’est pas pratique et ça enlève la flexibilité. Bref, je recommande de contacter le personnel avant votre départ. Somme toute, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je donnerais un 5 étoiles si ce n’était pas de la complexité du check-in.

Appartementen zitten in een complex met meerdere appartementen. Een kleine gang met 3 kamers. Een dubbele entree geeft het een veilig gevoel. De 3 persoonskamer is rustig omdat het afgesloten is van de straat (alleen geluid van directe gang). Het lijkt echter niet op de foto’s. Het was er donker, geen uitzicht op de tuin zoals op de foto’s maar op een smalle hoge buitenruimte vanwaar het moeilijk is om de buitenlucht te zien. Er hing een vreemde geur van vocht die toen ik thuis kwam nog steeds in mijn kleding zat. Ik verbleef 6 nachten voor een studie week. Alleen op dag 2 heb ik aanvulling gekregen van koffie cups, maar beddengoed werd niet verschoond al die tijd. Een flesje water in de ijskast bij aankomst in de warme stad was prettig geweest. Ik vind het vreemd dat het een B&B heet terwijl er geen ontbijt beschikbaar is. De locatie is top. Rustige straat maar toch op loopafstand (alles maximaal 15 minuten lopen) binnen hele stadscentrum. Overall was mijn verblijf prima en contact met eigenaar vriendelijk, maar ik zou niet opnieuw boeken door bovengenoemde punten.

Absolutely LOVED the proximity to everything at this location, especially an easy walk to the train station! Very modern, clean, safe and roomy. We are especially grateful for Giorgio (who greeted us upon arrival) and is such a genuine, kind professional who was great at communicating and did us a HUGE favor by retrieving and delivering our passports when we accidentally forgot them in the room!!! We are SO grateful!! Above and beyond service - 100% trustworthy and highly recommend if you’re coming to Firenze! :)

It was a clean room but this is not a hotel. It is one floor with 4-5 rooms in it. It was good for us 3 family members and conveniently located to walking to the main train station and Duomo/Medici Chapel. Location is good but the street is very lonely in the night. The bathroom shower was very small and if you are 6’2” and 200 lbs, it is hard to take a shower. The host was very responsive and quick to let us in with codes and it was a little pricey for the stay but it was also New Years Eve but if you are not planning to stay long and want quick access to the city, restaurants and train station it is perfect. There is also a laundromat one block from this place.

Room was in great location! Walkable and near transit and restaurants. Was worried when we showed up as it looks like an apartment complex with no business name. Once we called and were texted back the code to get into the room and building though it was nice. Our room was on the backside and very quiet with a nice view of a neighbors garden. Liked having a fridge and some kitchen amenities. Room was fairly large for European standards. Tub was beautiful but no shower which was tricky for us. We could have messaged to ask probably, but there was no WiFi info we found and no daily cleaning in the 5 nights we were there. Bed was a little firm for me but comfortable.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et service, par contre ce n’est pas un bed & breakfast..il n’y a pas de déjeuner inclus. Ça change la facture du séjour. Déception. Et attention on a changé de chambre parce que la nôtre avait seulement un bain douche très près du lit. Alors on a demandé salle de bain complète avec douche debout et on a changé parce que c’était disponible. Bon service quand même!

O quarto é bastante confortável, só senti falta de um chuveiro, mas dá pra tomar banho tranquilo na banheira. O Stefano foi muito prestativo e nos deu ótimas dicas de Florença. O único ponto negativo foi o barulho dos vizinhos à noite.

Giorgio, fluente também em português, me recepcionou no momento do check in e me explicou sobre o café da manhã, que ocorre num café ao lado por meio de um voucher, que lhe dá direito a um café, suco, doce e salgado. O quarto é grande e confortável e fica num prédio residencial. Não há serviço de quarto. Há disponível para uso ferro de passar e secador de cabelo. Giorgio prontamente me respondeu no WhatsApp quando precisei. A acomodação fica próxima à estação Roma Termini e é facilmente acessível a pé com as malas. Recomendo fortemente o local.
