This property was lovely. It was a welcomed change from the other facility we had for our pre-cruise. This property was so comfortable, clean, well equipped with all the comforts of very expensive hotels. Was located is an area of wonderful restaurants and even had a grocery store for things you may have left at home. Even had wine glasses and place settings for 4. Incredibly cozy and the hosts were actually responsive immediately when we texted them. This property is in a gated community and we will stay again and will also recommend this property to our friends AND our travel agent so he can recommend it to his cruise customers. Very close to the port and Uber was very responsive and our driver excellent. I mention this because our hosts suggested the restaurant and Uber to the airport at 1AM. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality. We felt incredibly welcomed.

Worked well for one night stay, was clean, comfortable and price was great Nervous about ubering and using the key pads but our driver was so helpful. Note you cannot flush toilet paper which was challenging for my husband and the road is right out front so if quiet is absolutely needed I wouldnt recommend.

Communication was friendly. The area felt somewhat safe. It was in a gated area with locked courtyard entrance & security to get in after 6 PM. Walgreens, convenience store, and the beach all just a few blocks away. Apartment was very clean & had basic necessities. Including coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc., which is very nice. Nice little kitchenette stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc..if you wanted to do some cooking It was nice and tastefully modernized and decorated. But I have two chief complaints. One is the bed is extremely low to the floor I mean, literally it’s about 15 inches tall with the mattress. The mattress was comfy enough, but it was practically impossible to get up off of the bed. I actually injured my shoulder quite severely trying to do so. I think most people would have some difficulty getting up off of it. They might consider risers to make it more accommodating. The other negative was no hot water. It never got more than just barely tepid. Made for an unpleasant shower. Great A/C. Early check out of 10 AM was inconvenient & late checkout not an option. No luggage storage available. Had to pay a place to hold ours for 5 hours til our cruise ship embarkation But if you’re just in town for a quick stay & you need a clean room for the night then I would recommend

The room was spotless, clean, comfortable. It is in such a great part of town—Santurce. Close to great dining and a quick rideshare into Old San Juan. The only downer I have to report is the shower water temp never got very warm. I don’t know if that is just a Puerto Rico-wide thing, if the water heater is going out, or what. Otherwise, this room was perfect for two on a 20th anniversary celebration.

Yes, clean. Well supplied. Light needed at apt. 1 door to see keypad, and for safety. No hot nor warm water. Rubber edge on front door needs new nails.

The space was very clean and just what we wanted. Communication with the host was prompt. They even have a generator and extra water as the infrastructure on PR still needs work. The neighborhood is quiet and gated. Street parking was easy. We even brought our little chihuahua with no extra charge. Already booked it again! Thank you!

It was beautiful and close to the beach. It was disappointing that there was no water. I had gone to the beach but no water to wash the sand and salt off.. Everything else was great but I do expect to be able to use water when I stay in a hotel. I do not recommend them.
