Very Happy & Pleasantly Surprised Cleanliness
This was a last minute overnight stay and we found this room online at a fair price late in the evening. It was very clean. We loved the clean bed linens and size of the king sized bed. The continental breakfast was a real bonus. Sometimes hotels have a small amount of breakfast choices that don't last very long, but this hotel was very generous with their choices and had ample quantities for us. We were very pleased with this location and will definitely stay here again when passing through.

Price was $69 with tax. You get what you pay for. The hotel overall was very shabby looking. Holes and marks all over the walls. Wasn’t sure the elevator was going to get us where we were going. Very slow. Only + was our bed and sheets were very clean. Also in a great area for restaurants.

Site fail. Hotel good
Not hotel, booking site was the problem. Booked room for one night, on our route. When arrived at destination per maps on sitenwe were informed this is not the place of booking. We were booked 30 min away(not on our route). Looking at site maps we were at our destination. Per the manager this happens frequently from the site. Unable to cancel booking or get refund due to time of 2pm, after check in time. Unable to find a customer service # on booking site, will not be using them again.

Very Disgusting Hotel
This hotel is horrible. The elevator is broken and they expect you to use the stairs with luggage. I had to request a room on the 1st floor due to health issues. We got into the room and it smelled nasty. A musty, moldy smell. The bed was extremely hard and the worst of all was there is roaches! They are in the bathroom and on the bed!! We left immediately after asking for a refund. Never go to this hotel!!

After a long 13 hr day of traveling I booked two rooms for the night, our rooms were not clean, blood on a bed sheet, nasty stuff on the curtains, greasy hand prints on the wall, and mold around the bath tub. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot, and the several people I seen entering and exiting the facility looked like homeless meth heads. Will not ever stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Quality Inn is does not have jacuzzi suites,
Well, the pictures of the rooms are false. I purchased a suite with a jacuzzi tub to find out after I arrived that they don't have any rooms with jacuzzi tubs, they show them on your website and don't offer them. When I questioned the guy at the counter, he said that those are old pictures and that he has no control over them. I felt like it I should have been compensated or something for false advertising. I encourage you to remove those pictures in hope that no one else will have this issue. It's downright ripping people off. Thats the only reason i booked that room, and was looking forward to a romantic weekend with soaking in the tub. Im very dissappointed .

Booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, room smelled like smoke & urine. Also during the stay had to kill German cockroaches that I saw climbing on the wall. They need to get their act together here. This place is Indian run, which doesn't automatically mean it's going to be bad, but a lot of them just don't care. If you're going to charge a low per night rate for a hotel room, I'm not expecting deluxe accommodations, but definitely do expect certain basic standards to be upheld. Selling a non-smoking room which has been smoked in does not meet basic standards, and no one should ever have to deal with cockroaches in their room. The Indian owners need to improve standards and address the cockroach infestation.
