This is a really nice hotel. The staff and management are so nice and kind. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. We really enjoyed the pool deck and the pool. The area - Fluvial and Versalles - offer so many excellent restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location and wonderful stay overall. The hotel is in a great area, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room, staff, and service well exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and had small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a good size with a great shower. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family. Every single staff was beyond friendly and accomodating. We will be reommendikg this hotel to all friends and family that will be travelling to PV.

En la primer noche que llegamos nos quisieron extorsionar, el personal de recepción dió nuestra información y no recibimos apoyo del hotel , por seguridad tuvimos que llamar a una patrulla para poder salir del hotel , horrible experiencia

Estoy hospedada en este hotel y me siento como en casa el hotel es increíble de bonito súper limpio confortable, bien ubicado el servicio es amable y están para apoyarte en todo mi estancia aquí ha sido de los más agradable aparte la alberca la terraza la vista súper súper recomendado este hotel 100/100 sin duda yo regreso gracias por atenderme de maravilla 🙌 me encantó todo !!!

Habitación muy limpia y camas cómodas los detalles de la camarista en el arreglo con mucho esmero, todo el personal muy amable en general, hotel bien ubicado con un costco a poca distancia caminando y una comer también, enseguida del hotel un farmacia Guadalajara las 24 horas, malecón en auto a unos 15 minutos.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The property is beautiful, clean, well kept, quiet. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for a good night’s sleep and enough amenities to make a little breakfast with your coffee. The mini bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area with loungers and umbrellas. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat on the roof. The staff are beyond accommodating. Friendly, attentive to detail. There are numerous restaurants in the area and two grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. An OXXO is right next door. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away through a pleasant neighborhood. We loved our weeks stay and will definitely be back!

It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻
