We loved our stay here. The location is ideal, right on the bay. We loved the private beach and enjoyed watching the sunset there each evening. The heated pool was a wonderful respite each evening after our adventures in the area. We had wanted to use the canoes, but found they are only available in the morning during higher tide conditions in the bay. We hope to return here again for a longer stay.

A nice stay for two nights. Enjoyed the pool deck. We had a small bungalow type room with full kitchen. Living room with a Murphy bed. Did not need it since we were traveling alone. Bedroom had two beds, a twin and a double. I would have preferred a Queen bed and blackout drapes. Was difficult sleeping with all the light coming in through the blinds.

Great location with beach and inlet with canoes to use. It is walkable (1.5 mi) to Hyannis port and the ferry to Nantucket or restaurants without getting into traffic on the main road. It’s a great space for kids to play.

Pros: The property is in a beautiful location! The staff were so friendly and nice. We loved the private beach, lounge chairs and heated pool. The room was spotless. We enjoyed our stay. Vons: The rooms were a bit outdated and you have to pay an additional $25 per night for your parking pass which we felt was a bit much. All in all, it was a great stay and if we are ever in Cape Cod, we would probably stay there again.
