The hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helped me arrange for a new room with more beds and guided me through the new charges which were very affordable. Check in is overly complicated, even for residents of Japan. Hot spring water in the bathroom is a nice touch, especially since no tattoos are allowed in the hotel bath. Nice city views from the big windows. The bed was larger than most in Japan and very comfortable. Parking at the hotel was 3000 yen for one day! You could find cheaper parking at a nearby lot.
