There was renovation work in the room downstairs starting from 07:30, which made it impossible to sleep. I was not given any prior notice or information. The room was also not properly cleaned. In addition, communication was very poor. I asked several times for check-out instructions but did not receive any response.

Nice little studio apartment very well appointed, very clean. A couple of drawbacks, it's on a Second story. I had a lot of stuff to carry up the stairs...There's no elevator. No parking on site. Downtown Parking can be anywhere from 30 to 60 dollars a night, not included, The worst part was shower head was horrible.The flow is so light. Even with short hair, it took me 3 minutes. Just to rinse my hair. I highly suggest a new shower head.

The room was cute and the locations worked out well for us. The host was very responsive and helpful. We both hated the mattress. Would’ve nice to have a drip coffee maker not just the Keurig.

I stayed for 3 nights for work. The room was fabulous. Clean and cute. The bed was so comfortable! Check in was easy and even though there are no staff on site, they communicated well and responded fast. It was safe and quiet even though it was Halloween weekend and the streets were a party! I was able to walk to petco park in 8 minutes. I will definitely book here again when I’m back in San Diego.

Amazing place in a great area! Parking is a struggle but here is the cheat code! Instead of parking 40$+ overnight or paying 10$ per hour in downtown - park in neighborhoods then uber down for 11$.

Super cute, super clean, confusing communication

Room was cute and clean, easy to access, and quite charming, with a cute courtyard to relax in the evenings. Found the place quite easily thanks to the provided YouTube video, but the room I stayed in had no remote for the AC, and the check-in process was very confusing. I ended up standing in front of the door to my room calling and calling to get a code to "check-in," in spite of me completing the check-in form well before I arrived. Overall the room was comfortable and clean, the communication was challenging, and the check out instructions were incomplete (had to follow up asking about check-out guidelines). All in all I do recommend. To the owner, I recommend improving your check-in/communication process, as it current leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location, good stay overall.

Overall a solid 4.5 stay! The only issues I had was 1. There was a cockroach running around our room floor our last night 2. There does not seem to be consistent hot water. My partner and I had to take cold showers on Thursday at ~1AM and Friday at ~12AM. But overall, a comfortable, and clean room with good AC for the hot weather, and in a great location.

This is an unmanaged hotel. You’re supposed to receive PIN codes in advance to access the facilities and your room. I did not receive any codes. It was impossible to get in touch with whoever manages this place, and I spent nearly three hours on the phone with Hotels.com before anyone could help me. After my stay, I still haven’t received a receipt. Multiple emails and calls over the past four weeks have led to nothing. I cannot recommend this place.
