The place was very clean. Check in/out was effortless. Had a cooktop, medium fridge/freezer instead of a mini, sink in kitchen area and microwave. The only one thing I missed was a way to have coffee in the room. Maybe a small Keurig even if had to purchase pods. But for the price I can understand not having one. Could definitely be an extended stay, just bring your own coffee maker.

It was sub par for a hotel wasn't the cleanest but its older so can't expect much. Very overpriced for the uncomfortable beds and pillows also this is our second time staying that someone walked in before the checkout time first time was housekeeping second time im not sure who it was. Won't be back if we don't have to be.

Seemed to be clean. 2 burner stove top. Mini fridge. TV very limited channels. Bathroom sink had no water pressure. Very spartan room. One male traveler just OK. Would not want wife and/or family staying there.

My only concern was the bathroom the tub was very dirty and the toilet was very dirty I found poop in the bottom of the seat and behind the cover , I cleaned it since I already bought cleaning supplies with me . I told the manager about it hopefully the housekeeper will do a dip cleanup. Definitely I will be going back again.

There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. But the photos showed a sink/counter area and a larger refrigerator. Not a great choice for mid length or monthly stays. No coffee maker, but there is a waffle house and another restaurant in the same parking lot. All in all great for the money if your only staying a night or two. I work at night and a door hanger that lets the staff know I don't need house keepers ng would've been nice as well.

I only stayed one night I was traveling with my service dog.. hotel staff very nice and helped accommodate my service dog and I.... A lot better than the quality inn they want to charge me $25 for my service dog. But I'd recommend this hotel to anyone with a service dog

It was not hygienic at all the floors needed to be mopped the bed covers smelled funny the kitchenette was dirty bathtub was grimy it was awful the toilet was just as bad it was awful the staff are very unfriendly the owners are not friendly at all

Very clean and comfortable

While it may be an older hotel, the rooms are recently renovated. Comfortable bed, large TV, fridge, microwave, AC. The room was also very clean and the front desk manager was very helpful and accommodating to our special requests. A+ in my book We will definitely be staying here again. My wife and I take frequent trips to Canton and we have found our new spot.

Honestly.Aside from the kindness of the people who work here and the cleanliness of the rooms there's not much I can really get excited about here and I don't understand why it has such a high rating online but then again it was very affordable. The first night I checked him.I had no soap or anything of any kind except towels. There are no lights of any kind on the end cable.or nightstands.There's only one massive spotlight that blinds you when you sit in the bed. The tv mostly didn't work intermittently. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets kept coming off.

I felt profiled from check in When I went to game a shower there was water running on the fleer seemed to be coming from the next room. The shower is old nasty and a yellow color which I assume was once white. Morning of checkout which is at 11, I was greeted between 9:00am to 9:05 with one single knock to the door by a man that worked there he said “sorry” and left. After that at 9:27 the same man that works there entered my locked hotel room without a knock or announcement as I was naked, getting dressed. His was response again was sorry sorry sorry. After that shocking experience at 10:25 front desk calls and asked if I will be staying or going. I told them as they know I would be checking out by 11:00. I felt profiled, harassed, unwanted, and threatened by a hotel that I paid for. My stay was only one night and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone even if it was FREE! Run from this place! I left feeling violated and unwelcome.

Not the best but not the worst

The hotel itself was good, it's what you expect for such a cheap price. The door lock was busted in my room so it had no lock other than the door handle room key lock. The light bulb closest to the door was flickering the entire time it was tried to be used so we just never used it. The light closest to the bathroom worked as well as the bathroom light. The hotel staff, however, could be nicer and more accommodating. I got there (mind you I booked this room for two nights back in March) and they said my information showed up but the money for the room wasn't accounted for. I waited for an hour it seemed before I could get into my room that I did pay for. Had to wait in the lobby on the phone with hotels.com before I could get anything resolved and the manager said "if there's no money, there's nothing I can do" when I've shown proof of payment several times through my cash app and hotels com receipt. Their system needs to be updated or new management or something because that was ridiculous. The hotel itself was fine, no other problems other than with the staff and the small things I mentioned.

I don't say this lightly, but this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The owners take no responsibility for anything and provide nothing to make the traveler more comfortable. There are zero amenities. Not even coffee in the office area. The room is completely Spartan with nothing but a baed some sheets and cardboard towels. They put us next to a group of itinerate workers who decided that Saturday night was their party night. The owners took no responsibility nor cared one wit about their customer. We decided to leave after one night and the hotel would not provide a refund for the remaining night. They are glad to take the money and happy to not provide any service or consideration. I strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel.
