I would give this place a -5, there were multiple ROACHES, HOLES in the walls, NO TOILET PAPER. The room was dirty, Crackheads very load outside my room at the read of the building. For $120.00 a night they should be ashamed to take reservations or rent rooms. This establishment should be condemned.

We showed up no one at office after about 10 minutes waiting outside no was to notify somebody theres a ring bell button but no bell. someone finally came out of room 101 a lady checks the computer says $25 deposit I’m like online said $20 so she takes it look and gives me a room I requested TWO beds and fridge got ONE king size no trash cans outlets above the door and NO fridge we went to leave again no one at office waited almost 15 minutes this time some guy pulls in has I’m on the phone with with help he finally checks me out. Not the experience I would expect from a hotel

Arrived after a flight with 5 other families standing outside. We had no way to access the building nor was there anyone available. I was able to get a hold of someone about 1:44 am. He stated the office closed at 1 am.

Really bad place, from the beginning we have to way like 1 hour to get the room ready, the bathroom have no privacy at all because the door was removed and put it outside, no internet, the freezer wasn’t working, no trash cans at all, they told us to take the trash all the way outside to a trash dump, the towels were like broken and all dirty, tv not working either.

Covered in filth. No lamp shades. Bathroom covered in mold and mildew. Looks nothing like the pictures. The front door would not shut completely.

I will say that though the lady who worked who checked me in was nice enough, overall the room was really bare cockroaches running around. The shower had a sock tied around the shower head the sink was falling apart. Again there was no wifi so I had to run 4blocks just to get any service on wifi at McDonald's. Iit was inconvenient and basically ruined my experience.

I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Should have gone with my gut feeling and paid the insurance for false advertising. Expedia picture is nice...for ten years ago. The pool was filled in, the room reserved wasn't available, the smoking room offered had a rusty old refrigerator, tile is cracked in all rooms I was shown, how much more should I say? My friend turned off the TV with the remote. We came back, the remote is missing. All of our stuff appears to be intact. I'm expecting to lose my deposit which I wasn't told about until I got here. They'll probably keep it because I can't produce the remote. There's another review I read with a similar experience regarding a mysterious fee when they checked out. If you' e read this far, please petition Expedia to remove them from being recommended. Put them on the worst list. This is the second time in all the times using Expedia that I have encountered this. Did I mention the roaches in the bathroom?

I just open the door of the room and I get impressed with the bad condition of the room, I close the door and ask for my money back and they told me to communicate with Hotel.com and I never get my money back
