Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel.

喫煙部屋しかなくて、部屋に入ったら、超臭すぎ！
毎回毎回消臭して欲しい！
部屋の中に蜘蛛の巣があり
部屋の中には虫が無数に飛んでいて、20近く潰した。
窓の外にも蜘蛛の巣あるし
外窓の掃除もしてない。
内窓に関しては、窓に虫つぶすのに触ってしまいました、ヤニだらけの窓ガラスにくっきり手の跡が！
内窓も掃除をしていない。

夜中に洗濯しようと行動したのてすが、コインランドリーが100円玉しか使えず、自販機で500円玉を崩そうとしましたが、機能しない為、フロントに行くと、スタッフは居なくて外出の際は、鍵を箱の中へのメッセージ。鍵を入れずに外のセブンまで行き両替終了。再びホテルに入る際、一つ目のドアは開きましたが、二つ目は、ルームキーを差し込んで開くタイプでした。もし、箱に鍵を入れていたら中に入れないって事ですか？これは無いなと思います。部屋風呂が無く、大浴場に行くのは良いですが、初めにタオル持参を促す時に、パスワードの事も念押しのように説明して欲しいです。あと、乾燥機が他のホテルと比べて、力が弱いと感じました。

ホテルスタッフの方の気配りが嬉しかったです。今どき、日本人女性でも、女性に配慮した気配りは難しいと思います。時間があわず、食べられませんでしたが、朝食も食べたかったです。サウナもプライベート感があって、くつろげました。欲をいえば、サウナの情報がなかったので、タオルを追加でもらわなかったことと、夜景が湯船から見えなかったことですね。
引越で使わせて頂いたので、足つぼなどのマッサージは特に有難かったです。
