Chambre pas nettoyée, cheveux dans la douche, oreillers tachés. Pas de prises dans salle de bain, pas de sèche cheveux. Chambre à côté de l’accueil, qui ne filtre aucun bruits, impossible de dormir de la nuit avec une personne à l’accueil qui regarde des vidéos et téléphone + passage client.

For the price and location it was great, room was clean and the staff was attentive. Just an suggestion, The room would have been perfect if it had a small microwave and small refrigerator, but i can see that the place is been updated. Overall great stay.

Little to no maintenance of the room I was in. Paint peeling from walls in bathroom; larch on door broken, Was able to connect to wifi but signal strength was insufficient. TV worked but no channels, not even the local news. No room cleaning between nights.

4th story walk up with no elevator right in the heart of the theater/food district. Pack light and spend most of your time out of the room and this will be a stellar place for you to stay. Can’t beat the price for the location.

Man bekommt wofür man zahlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es ist sauber aber die Zimmer sind runtergekommen. Für eine Nacht war das in Ordnung, aber beim nächsten Mal zahle ich lieber bisschen mehr und buche was anderes.

The location is great, quiet but near Times Square, and many ethnic restaurants. I arrived at 6pm and was told room wasn't ready. Came back at 7:30 and was told again room wasn't ready, and it would take another five minutes to be ready. We were allowed to go toward the room in about two minutes, brushing shoulders with the cleaning staff exiting the room. The room was larger than expected, the floor was on the ground level in the small patio. We went out to Time Square for the evening. At bedtime, back at the hotel, when I looked closely at the bed for the first time, I realized that the sheet that's supposed to go under the blanket was actually over the blanket; and when I pulled the blanket open, I noticed that the bedsheet and pillow cases looked like someone had just used them to sleep in, and simply got up and straightened things out, unable to undo the stubborn wrinkles that were created in certain spots over a restless night. I bit my lip and thought, what the heck, this is kind of like getting under the blanket with a stranger, except with a time lag.

Nice lady watches the door and lets you in. Honestly, where can you stay close to Times Square in NYC in November for < 300? It's a place to sleep with a shower and not much else.
