The unit is nothing like the description. There’s no indoor pool, and the only pool in the high rise is outdoor and it’s closed for the winter season. things in the unit are broken such as desk lamp or multiple baseboards removed, or missing essential items like a coffee maker. The hotel is non-responsive or simply stringing you along and never actually send maintenance staff. The floor gets dusty over the course of the week. The photo on the listing is for a different unit and there’s most definitely no premium bedding either. Laundry was found in both washer and the dryer. The condition is not even on par with AirBnB. Multiple attempts to communicate with the hotel itself have only been met with their “verification attempts.” There wer so many issues for my nearly weeklong stay. There’s no light blockout curtains, no Google Nest, Seeking a refund.
