Really great location in Singapore and a steal for the price. Beds really comfy. Having a bit more space for sorting out your stuff would be great but I think that's just the nature of the type of hotel. Very easy to find and get to, fantastic bathroom facilities and communal area for coffee and water. Great views from the balcony too

Our stay at this hotel in Singapore was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt safe, modern, and incredibly well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with a very clean and modern design that made the stay even more comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was the attention to detail with the amenities: shower caps, combs, dental kits, and many other essentials were readily available for guests to take, which made traveling so much easier. The cube and locker setup was also extremely convenient and secure. Each guest had an assigned locker that worked directly with the room key card, so there was no need to worry about remembering combinations or carrying extra keys around. The entire property felt very secure and thoughtfully organized. The location was another huge highlight. The hotel is situated in an amazing, lively area surrounded by countless restaurants, easily close to a hundred dining options within walking distance. Being located along the waterfront made the area especially beautiful and enjoyable to explore on foot. Whether during the day or at night, the neighborhood felt vibrant, walkable, and full of energy. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was polite, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in cleanliness, convenience, safety, and location, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Overall clean but there were two times I visited the toilet and it was quite messy, with no the bin full, no toilet paper and some leftovers from previous guest(s). The bathrooms are way too few. We stayed on the second floor and two times (across only one night) I had to go to the third floor because all toilets were occupied. It's inconvenient that toilets and showers are in the same room, so if someone is showering they will occupy the toilet while showering. The reception is ice cold and with a really strong perfume smell, so beware if you're sensitive. However the capsules were actually too hot, we needed to sleep with our blinds open because we needed the air from the AC to get in. We got a bed on top so we needed to climb up to it, the little ladder is very much all design but not much functionality so climbing it is hard, going down even harder. There's almost no space in the dorm to unpack your things, you feel like you're in the way no matter where you put your bag. Don't book this place if you have a big bag.
