Great little hotel, fantastic location
This hotel was perfect for our two night stay. Conveniently located within 30 minutes walking distance of all the major sites and with a wealth of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our triple room was large and comfortable. We took breakfast at the hotel each day for €10 each and found the cereals, bread, croissants, yogurt and cheeses plenty - along with coffee and orange juice. The lift only starts on the first floor, which was a bit of a struggle for me but fortunately my 16 year old son was happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel
This hotel is perfectly located for a weekend in Paris. We had a warm and friendly welcome and were able to check in before the stated time. Our room was on the fourth floor (there is a lift from the first floor but the staircase was beautiful so I took the stairs!), not particularly large but it had everything we needed. It was clean and warm and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious (baguette, croissant, yogurts, cheese, cereals, excellent coffee) and good value. We would definitely stay there again!

This will be my stay every single time I am in Paris. The staff are AMAZING! It’s a walking distance from metro and RER station. Also walking distance from many sights including the Opera House and Palace Garnier. A lot of asian food restaurants are around you and 2 supermarkets. I loved it and would definitely stay there again. Their elevator is on the first floor however they help you getting your bags in and out of the room. I have nothing to complain about.

The location to the property was great right in the middle of the center. You could walk to all major tourist points. The staff was great. The hotel was a cute chic old school feel to it. It had and old Parisian feel to the room. It was on the smaller side however it had a lot of character.

One of the better historic and small Paris hotels
Typical small, intimate and historic hotel but with modern upgrades. Small room but high ceilings with great climate control and room darkening curtains. Friendly staff. Great location with amazing Japanese and ramen restaurants all around. Old school key that you leave at front desk when you leave. The elevator only starts at the second floor which was fine for me but would be tough if stairs are a challenge for you. Fridge in the room!

Hotel Opera Maintenon was located in a perfect area for seeing everything in Paris - definitely the part that stands out for this property. The facilities were decently clean, a bit of an older hotel but did not affect the experience. Overall good stay!
