Room was steaming hot (as most rooms, trains, restaurants, everywheres are in Japan) and would not cool so we had to open the window which meant listening to the trains and the accompanying announcements all night. Nice little underground parking lot amd easy access to the town on foot - or train station if you travel that way.

Wing International Izumi is a simple Japanese-style hotel directly across a small plaza from the Izumi train station. The rooms are simple, but larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good restaurant on the premises. My wife and I stayed here when visiting the famous Crane Observatory in the outskirts of Izumi. Our only complaint is that the rooms are only cleaned every third day, but that is getting to be a common practice now.

出水駅の目の前という好立地で、アクセスがとて も便利です。 冬場はヒーターや湯たんぽなどの暖房器具を貸し出してくれるサービスもありました。 また、部屋に備え付けのシャンプーとは別に、様々なメーカーのものを試せる「シャンプーバー」のような仕組みがあって、とても面白い取り組みだと思います。

Cet hotel est a coté de la gare. Le personnel est ok. Les chambres sont etouffantes ... Au moins en cette saison on peu ouvrir les fenetres.

清掃の人が間違えたのだと思うのですが、部屋をきちんと確認して欲しいです。

大雨による交通規制のため、到着予定時刻を大幅に超えてのチェックインとなったが、フロントの方々は私たちを気遣ってくださり、大変温かい対応でした。

また、一階食事会場の方も皆さん、親切で素敵な接客でした。なんとなく決めた宿でしたが、機会があればまたお世話になりたいと思います。

バイク専用駐車場があるのが珍しい。新幹線が止まる駅も歩いて5分かからない。普段、YouTubeや動画を見るために画面の大きなタブレットを持ち歩きますが、ホテルのテレビで動画も見れるテレビも設置してあるので自分にとっては嬉しいポイントです。ただ、ホテルの周りには飲食店が少ないので少し、不便と思いますが、車やバイクがあれば全く問題ないです。

空調の調整が3段階しか無く、弱にしても寒く切ると暑く丁度良い設定が出来ない。
電子レンジがホテル内に1台しかないのは不便。
