最高の立地。部屋は広く収納も十分。キッチンと冷蔵庫・電子レンジが使えて便利。マイナス点は、シャワーの水圧が低いのと夜通し表通りの騒音がうるさかった。

部屋によって形と向きが違うようですが、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、NYをリーズナブルに過ごすのにとても便利でした。地下鉄駅も観光地も大手スーパーも近所にあります。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切です。ホテル前道路の夜間ゴミ回収事の音が、少々気になるかもしれません。

The hotel was as advertised. Spacious and clean. The doors were a little loud because you had to slam it sometimes. So the a/c was important drowning out the doors. Other than that it was in a great location and the staff was super friendly

Our room was so cute, I loved the balcony, the kitchenette, even the sloping floor was charming in its own way (although if you are someone with balance issues, you might need a different hotel). It would have been nice if there were hangers in the closet, but we ended up hanging our jackets on the chairs in the kitchenette, so it didn't matter. I loved the refrigerator - it was not full-sized, but it was way bigger than a mini-fridge. The hotel only provided coffee and 2 vending machines, but it hardly mattered since there were at least 3 convenient stores, 2 restaurants, and 2 different subway entrances within a single block; plus, it's NYC, the birth place of delivery. Also, when we checked out, the hotel staff let us leave our luggage behind the lobby while we went to get breakfast across the street. My sister and I shared a king-size bed. I'm always hot and my sister is always cold, so I slept on the side with the A/C and she took the comforter. I asked the front desk for an extra comforter and they brought one up that kept me warm, but not too hot. Because the room sloped down from the door to the balcony, the bed was a little tilted, but it was comfortable enough that it was only slightly noticable.

The hotel is fine. The room was large with a balcony and kitchenette. It wasn’t the cleanest. The shower needs some serious grout attention and there was no conditioner. The place smells like weed and there were people fighting in the hall or adjacent room for hours in the night. For the price and location it was ok. The folks at the desk were fine. Bag check was free but a l wouldn’t recommend leaving valuables for I retrieved my own bag and certainly could have left with whatever I wished from that closet.

Room wasn't overly clean, dusty and hair in the shower. Air conditioning was taped together - it did work but it was held together with duct tape. The towels were changed everyday but the bed wasn't made and the room wasn't straightened up.

Excelente hospedagem, a única ressalva é que o ar/aquecedor fazia um pouco de barulho mas cumpria seu papel . Limpo, amplo, bom banheiro e cama confortável. Super bem localizado com uma estação (rector st) a 10 metros, o que mais pode se querer? Vi muita coisa negativa nas redes, mas as pessoas reclamam de qualquer coisa mesmo. Podem se hospedar.

Hotel bem localizado bem proximo ao Ocululs, com boas opções de restaurantes, lojas próximas e estação de metrô. Acomodação com microondas e geladeira o q facilita mto para fazer pequenas refeições. Cama confortável e banheiro limpo. Li alguns comentários a respeito do barulho externo, comigo não aconteceu e tivemos uma noite tranquila de sono. O Check-in foi rapidamente.

Extremely disappointing! Online photo are about 63 times better than the actual thing. I imagine there are some that think concrete floors are trendy or chic, but are really terrible in a hotel room. Linen service was extremely scarce. There were. Are towels for my wife and I, but no hand towels, bath mat or wash clothes. We also altered our reservation and checked out a day early but have still not gotten a refund for the last day we paid for in January! Maybe a hotels sir con thing instead of the hotel
