Excellent , faultless 2 night stopover . Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon to collect on way to airport which is only 30 minutes away by MRT . A really handy base to explore Singapore for a stopover stay . Recommended and would happily stay again .

It is minimalist living, but as a single traveller, it worked for me with a mini fridge and even a mini washing machine. It is very clean overall, and it is only 5mins away from Kallang MRT station, and it is very close to the CBD. Communication was via Whatsapp chat and they were mostly responsive when I asked made requests. I will come back and stay with them again.

The room was small but clean. There were some kitchen supplies and a small fridge. There was a bad smell in the room. Many restaurants near the hotel and the distance to MRT station was only 5 minutes. After 7pm no staff available even by phone.

Hotel situato in una zona non del tutto centrale ma ben servita dalla metropolitana che si trova nelle vicinanze. La camera dove siamo stati era piccola, ma d’altronde per Singapore è abbastanza usuale. La vera nota dolente è stata la pulizia, c’erano peli, capelli, polvere e unto in ogni angolo e superficie. Persino il corridoio che portava alla camera era sporco. L’impressione è stata quella di un semplice cambio lenzuola dagli ospiti precedenti senza una pulizia che una camera d’albergo meriterebbe dopo un cambio clientela.
La reception é aperta solamente dalle 10 am alle 7 pm (negli altri orari non risponde nessuno e in struttura non c’è nessuno a cui rivolgersi) per cui la nostra richiesta di pulizia é stata accolta solo il giorno successivo. Nonostante fosse stata pulita nuovamente la stanza presentava comunque un livello non adeguato di pulizia.
In camera vi era anche un alto tasso di umidità che faceva inumidire gli indumenti e non permetteva l’asciugatura degli asciugamani.
Infine altra nota dolente é la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza. Si sentivano tutti i rumori del corridoio e delle altre stanze
