Didn't get any sleep
We were only staying a night to be near the airport the next morning. We didn't sleep, as there was an issue with the drain in.our room so had a horrible smell. We had to open the window which was very noisy due to kareoke and muaic playing loudly till around midnight. In the morning, we had to leave without showering due the issue with our bathroom. They did offer us a room.change in fairness to them.but it was so late wnd.our son was asleep by then. The manager was apologetic and a nice guy but still,.not a good experience I'm afraid.

The hotel was basic and service was ok. We stayed there coz it was close to the airport and convenient from that perspective. The negatives for me were - The shower needed a little.love. The staff asked for tips which was uncomfortable. The shuttle.to the airport was not complimentary and instead was $8/person which is too high...so we took an Uber for $1

I booked the luxury twin bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. And I should have VI0 access. When I checked in 2am, they said they cannot assign the type of room I booked. Only 1 King bed which how can serve 4 people. After we complaint, finally give us suite room with sofa bed & queen bed.
