Not for Me

This isnt the place for me, I wouldn't stay again READ All the reviews before booking POWER WAS OFF FOR 5+HRS...I was told it was common in PR to save power. No water, lights and cant flush the toilet I stayed in room w/queen beds, one window that allowed sun in but no view of anything. 1. No closet for hanging clothes 2. No iron 3. Breakfast is cup of yogurt, old bagels and coffees (staff was rude) 4. No internet in the room the whole stay 5days...but if you stayed at the pool area you had FULL INTERNET 5. If you use UBER make sure they go to the right address, checked everytime and it took them to the wrong BALI.

Bali Posh Hotel PR Review

I stayed at Bali Posh Hotel PR last weekend and had a mixed experience. Pros: Bar/Pool: The bar and cocktails were a highlight. The bartender was super cool and helpful, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The drinks were amazing every night, and the daily happy hour is definitely a great way to get the evening started. Food: The food was perfect on both occasions we ordered. Delicious and well-prepared. Location: The hotel's location was convenient and within walking distance to everything you might need. Staff: The staff was generally accommodating, though there were moments that lacked professionalism. Cons: Power Outage: On the first night, the power went out for about 15-20 seconds, which was an inconvenience but not as big of a deal. Room Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we noticed hair on the floor throughout the room, sheets weren't clean, and lack of essentials like hand soap and lotion, which was quite off-putting. Towel Availability: There were no towels in the room upon arrival, and we didn't receive new towels until the third night, which was unacceptable. Uber: For some reason, we kept having issues with the actual address to this location and costed us unnecessary funds from the airport upon arrival after going to wrong location initially. I would suggest typing in the coffee shop next door to this place for Uber rides. Overall, while there were some great aspects of our stay, certain issues need to be addressed to improve the overall experience.

The check in staff was doing their very best to apoligize for bad management. The food and pool were nice but this facility is not at all on par with what should be expected for a very expensive room. $700 a night. It's a total disappointment. No tv, no wifi and they do not care!

The first room we were given, had hair all over the bed, as well as scratches all on the walls. After telling the front desk, he contacted the property manager. And seems kind of irritated about having to switch our room, but ended up switching our room. The room was definitely smaller than advertised. The water pressure on the shower was poor as well as it didn’t get hot. The restaurant menu was extremely overpriced. They do not include washcloths. I don’t know if this is just a thing in the country. The second room we received had stains on the sheets.

I overhead the property is fairly new, opened in about October 2024. The property has a nice layout and definitely gives a nice modern villa feel. There is a small pool area with a bar, as well as one restaurant on site. However, the one king bed room is very small. It feels like a studio apartment but even smaller. It literally just has a bed and a bathroom. I felt very cramped in this room which I did not like at all. I feel that the staff’s communication and customer service could have been a little better. I feel like the hotel isn’t worth it’s price although it is very nice.

The property is beautiful. The staff were nice. My room was not up to par. My shower was unclean and clogged. My sheets were not changed. It was clear that they just made the bed with the same sheets from the previous individual. I informed the front desk and they did inform the cleaning staff and maintenance but they did not change my sheets or unclog my shower as promised. They need more staff or better communication amongst each other.

This hotel was so beautiful it gave tulum vibes . It’s really close to the airport which was a plus and area is really nice. Across the street there’s the beach and good places to eat around . Not too far from old San Juan. Just wish the breakfast was nicer and wish I had more options . But not other than that the place was beautiful and calm. There’s also a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is Devine . The flavors the uniqueness of the plates it’s amazing . Will definitely go back to the restaurant highly recommended as well.

We liked the decor-beautiful, and our bedroom. The cleanliness was great. We liked the pool too, although there should be a railing to get into the pool for older people. The music, young people's music, played from 10am and could be heard in our bedroom. The "included breakfast" went downhill during our stay. The staff, except for one manager at the desk, was very responsive.
