Confusion about access created anxiety about the check in. We had children above us for several nights whose footsteps were very heavy! And frequent. We liked the location — close to lots of facilities.

Apartment with a great location, needs lights
My wife and I stayed in the Orca Suite for 1 week. All the kitchen appliances were provided as well as a washer/dryer. We had problems with the TV services but they were promptly fixed-we never did get the ROKU to work. There were too problems, entrance was thru a security gate--the keypad did not work unless pressed multiple times. The main problem was light, the apartment is all black, lighting in the kitchen and bathroom were good (except the microwave light over the stove did not work) but the light in the bedroom, dining living rooms and closets were inadequate, I resorted to using a flashlight in the closets. There are a lot of restaurants within a block, all we attended were excellent but this also meant there was a lot of street noise sometimes to 2 am.

Location, location, location
Amazing location, beautifully decorated rooms with all the amenities you could need. If you're a light sleeper may not be ideal as noisy on weekends. Love the little patios & that its dog friendly. Great communication with host & self check in. The beds are a little uncomfortable & the pillows need replacing. Will be back!

I loved everything about my stay but there is a nightclub that’s very loud until 2:00am Friday and Saturday. Ear plugs were provided but I wish I had known about this in advanced and didn’t see it mentioned on any reviews

Great location for walking around downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Parking is a nightmare downtown no matter what so I wouldn’t recommend for people with a vehicle as the cost can add up quickly. Other than that everything was great

I absolutely LOVED staying at Waddington Flats! It was so clean and felt very secure and I had everything I needed, including a flower vase. The bed and bedding was perfect, the amount of towels provided was great (I hate having to request more) and it was such a comfortable, esthetically pleasing flat that was close to EVERYTHING. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town.

Great property in the heart of old Victoria. Easy walkable access to shops, restaurants, the inner harbour. Suites are well kept and management is quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend!

The location was ideal; the unit was well-stocked and just right for 2 people. However, we were given an incorrect gate access code. The bedroom needs blackout curtains; some areas (balcony, bathroom exhaust fan) need to be cleaned better; the bathroom light, though nice and bright for washing and shaving, needs a dimmer for relaxed and soothing bathing; the sofa is AWFUL and needs replacing.

This rental felt like being away while feeling like home at the same time. I enjoyed the proximity to a beautiful park along the bay and all the amenities included in the flat. A little extra paint on the damaged doors would go a long way. I would strongly recommend this flat for one person or a couple or even to travel with a per.

The room was fine, the kitchen very useable and the bed and bathroom comfortable. The only comment I would make is in regards to the key pad at the main gate. Took 3 times to get it and required a call to the landlord who had to try twice to make it happen. Once it however all was well. Very centrally located near great shopping and night life.
