Bad part of town
Was woken up 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed by different people screaming. One night a drunk man was knocking around outside, trying to get into random rooms. It took over an hour for the staff to call the police. Instead they walked out and yelled at him.
The motel was priced nearly as much as the Hilton Long Beach, and charged the entire fee at the time of booking, two months prior to the stay. The refund policy is that there is no refund policy, they just keep your money. Any questions you have regarding the room, bill, or your stay won't be answered. Instead the clerk stationed at a bullet-proof glass window will give you the manager's phone number, which will take multiple tries to actually contact.
