Very nice breakfast. Clean hotel. Next to the train station and shopping mall. Friendly staff. Bit crowded at times in breakfast, hall, lifts and common areas.

The room is clean and bed n pillow so comfortable , room is spacious , bathroom is great , they provide toothbrush with toothpaste , comb, facial cleanser, pajamas , etc . It has Lawson store beside it and train station urayasu . Love it n will comeback

Good location. 5 minutes to shopping mall. No drinking water provided in room. Welcome centre provides free candies, ice cream puff, bobbing wine and tap beer. Great shower area with tub.

Nice big hotel, sometimes busy (we got a queue for elevators, where residents staying in some floors were encouraged to take stairs rather than elevator). Very nice and abundant breakfast, amenities, toiletries etc. Nice room, bed and shower. Air conditioning was not working correctly due to maintenance. Feet massager and humidifier were a plus. Location is amazing.. near shoppings, restaurants and train station. I would stay again.

My family of six enjoyed everything about our two night three day stay from the special cultural dishes to the comfort of the nice hot soak baths we had. The shuttle to Disney was conveniently helpful and back to our hotel. We would love to come again💜
