Booked a room for 4 people, but when arrived it had a double bed and a sofa big enough for 1 person and maybe a small child, and no bed sheets. When asked the people at the reception, they told me it was an independent owner and had to call someone else. We arrived at 2am so I had to sleep onbthe floor with no sheets TV did not work. Ran out of toilet paper and had to call the number and wait for about 40min tobget toilet paper because reception could not help One night neighbors had a party at 2am with the loudest music ever. Could not sleep at all The overall experience was horrible There are plenty of other options around the area, which is beautiful and worth visiting

El lugar tiene unas camas muy incomodas los colchones están duros con pocas almohadas en uno de los cuartos. La recepción no quiere dar ayuda porque dicen que es con otra persona pero la persona encargada si fue una Excelente anfitriona y las de aseo también.

Impossible to sleep
English: The hotel has a busy avenue in front that makes it impossible to sleep. I knew this in advance from previous guest reviews so I begged to be given a room that did not face the avenue. They denied it to me claiming not to have more rooms even when it was very clear that the hotel was empty.
