The bed frame squeaks terribly and is worn and out of date. There needs to be more towel bars in bathroom and places to set your things. Furniture in room is dated and not attractive and worn, also needs addition places to set things down. Mini kitchen does not have decaf coffee or tea.

Our stay at West Bay was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice and clean. Everything you need from washer/dryer, fridge and iron. Love the amenities they provide (L' Occitane ). The location was close to everything, hotel staffs help you get a ride or even get stuff for you (groceries) We particularly loved the delicious breakfast buffet and location is perfect , step away from the beach.
