Special spacious room!
Great place to stay with outdoor jacuzzi! Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants, easy to get to all major attractions. Room was quiet and comfortable with lots is space! Katherine was so helpful with my stay. You can use WhatsApp to easily communicate with host.

Lovely but awkward
Fantastic city, great location. Nice manager, access to a washing machine. Weird that the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with no door, thus no privacy. Odd even if alone. If not, super awkward.

Overall, the property is excellent. Beautiful decoration, modern facilities, fully equipped including washer/dryer in a common area. Katherina was reachable and helped us with everything we needed during our 4 days stay. You could literally walk to almost to all the main places, with many restaurants nearby. The Presidential Apartment, Terrace (Nazarí) room was advertised as having a queen size bed. For me that is a must. After booking, I exchanged messages with Javier who assured me that the room had a queen size bed. Upon arrival I was told again that it was a queen size mattress. That was not correct. I'm 6'2 (245 pounds) and my feet hanged off the mattress. My wife and I were really uncomfortable. I have a queen size bed at home, so I really know what I'm talking about. The toilet, shower and bed were next to each other with no real separation or door. I've been to Europe several times before and I know that properties are small. However, there was always at least a glass door to afford some sort of privacy while using the toilet. There was no drawer nor a place to place your luggage. We had to place ours on the floor or the sofa. I can't grant the property 5 stars. I'm sure that there are a lot of folks with an equal or bigger size than me who need correct property disclosures. A proper rating would be 4.5 stars. Since that is not possible, I grant only 4.

My wife and I stayed here on one leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The room was thoughtfully designed and modern with a very comfortable bed. The property manager, Katherina, was friendly and communicative throughout our stay, giving us many fantastic suggestions for our itinerary and setting us up with a phenomenal private tour of the Alhambra. Everything about this stay was above and beyond. We will happily stay here again if we find ourselves back in the wonderful city of Granada!

Appartement-hotel très bien insonorisé, situé pres du Seta, zone piétonne très proche avec commerces et restaurants. Endroit idéal pour visiter Séville, au maximum de 30 minutes de la Place d'Espagne, mais à 15 minutes de la cathédrale et donc de l'Alcazar. Bonne literie. Personnel sympathique et courtois. Très bonne expérience. Le étant l'insonorisation et pourtant nous étions côté rue Petite piscine non chauffée sur le toit mais bien rafraichissante mi-septembre après des heures de visite

Beautiful apartment with everything you need
Wonderful, charming apartment in the middle of the city. Clean, stylish and comfy. They contacted us beforehand to help with directions and parking which was very helpful. Also after arriving we were offered help with restaurants, tour or event booking. It felt like having a private concierge. We would absolutely reccomend staying there!

Beautiful & exceptional service!
Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, and the entire property is perfectly located in the city center. The small pool/hot tub on our balcony was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day exploring Alhambra. A wonderfully comfortable, BEAUTIFUL accommodation for visiting the many sites Granada has to offer. The parking was a bit challenging for us (we aren’t used to driving in the lovely, but very narrow labyrinthine streets) but the hotel manager went above and beyond and helped us to the parking garage.Truly exceptional service and communication! For those not used to this type of driving, parking outside city center is ample and you can take one of the many convenient taxis to the location. Would absolutely recommend staying at this luxurious and charming hotel when visiting Granada!

Just an exceptional and delightful stay at the Palatino to end our Spain trip. My family and I couldn’t have been more happier with the suite. From the comfort, aesthetic, and attention to detail of every inch of the suite, you fall in love right away. Its also located in a perfect area thats walking distance to almost anything you would find interesting in Granada. Javier was also the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us great food recommendations. It was truly a joy, I highly recommend. I know where I’ll be staying when I'm back to visit Granada.

Well-sited property on a quiet corner and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Catherine is an excellent concierge who booked our taxis and provided great advice. Unit was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest installing a full-length mirror. Regardless we highly recommend!

Great location, close to everything. Apartment with updated amenities. Feel like home away from home. Katherine is very helpful and would book flamenco show, arrange taxi pick up and provide lots of info for the area. She also make sure we got the tickets to Alhambra before our arrival. We loved the apartment; It was beautifully renovated and the location was very convenient . The manager met us when we arrived and helped us park our car in the property underground parking. Our apartment was a corner unit and 2 of the 4 windows were facing a building that was being renovated. Luckily it was the week end so they were not working and there wasn’t any noise.

Wonderful stay at Palatina Concept Suites
Not only was the unit we stayed in spotless and adorable, but it was also in a great location and one of our favorites during our two-week tour of Spain. Katherina was the absolute best. She reached out the day of our arrival to see if we needed a taxi arranged. When we arrived, she greeted us and had great recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants. We had a little hiccup getting into our unit one night (dead battery on the door lock), and Katherina was on it and the issue was resolved in no time. It was no big deal for us, but she was very apologetic. We loved our stay at Palatina Concept Suites and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Granda.

Granada visit
Katherine was especially helpful... contacted us in advance and met us at the property. In addition, she helped us get to a tour that was timed tightly with our arrival. The property was great – newly redone – and in a great location.
