Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too.

Huge room with a balcony sea view, free coffee!
Really great hotel with great facilities. The rooms were very large and spacious, definitely not what I was expecting having stayed in other hotels in Japan. The kitchenette, dining area and balcony with sea views were great and was nice to have a morning coffee on the balcony. Coffee, alcohol and snacks are provided complimentary daily in the morning and arvo. There was a Karyoke room and baths although I didn’t try them. Laundry facilities were good. The public pool across the road was great and also has a gym. It’s on the Main Street so walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Only negative was so housekeeping so we had no where to put all our accumulating trash given the bins were so small and there is no bins to put your rubbish in Japan on the street!

タブレットで無人チェックインなので、人（外国の方なのかな～？）によっては時間がかかっていたようです。1階に、フリードリンクコーナー（アルコールやアイスクリームもある）があり嬉しいサービス。温泉はとても落ち着いた雰囲気だが、全体的に高齢者むけではないと思います。

建物もお部屋も綺麗で居心地が良くゆっくりと滞在できました。近くに小ぢんまりとしたれすとらんやセブンイレブン、業務スーパー、少し歩くとマックスバリュがあり買い物も便利でした。 エレベーターから部屋までが外廊下で冬は寒いです。地下のスパへ行くには何か羽織ると良いと思います。 事前に登録をするのでチェックインもすぐできて、ロビーラウンジにはフリーフローの飲み物やおつまみがあり、良かったです。

中型犬２匹連れでの、部屋から花火が見られる海沿いのホテル…とても嬉しいです。 熱海の花火大会が大好きで何回も来てますが、冬の花火は初めてでした。　最高に綺麗でした。 今後、また利用させていただきたいと思います。 ドリンクサービスも最高です。
