This was the perfect and ideal spot to experience Venice in the way you’d imagine. Multiple windows to look outside and watch the gondolas, water taxis and boats going in multiple directions. Nice to watch with a cup of coffee. You can even open the windows and get a better view of the canal and yes people are taking photos a lot so there is some attention but we didn’t mind because you can closet the curtains. The location is ideal especially if you are arriving by the train, it’s a short walk to get there even with our handful of bags and suitcases so it was manageable compared to other location where you need a water taxi and have to trek. The directions that were sent with the exact location and instructions to get in were so simple and easy to navigate through so that was a huge relief! I loved being in that location because it was easy to walk to countless restaurants, cafes and shops all within a minute and then close to the major pathways / bridges to cross all around Venice. The AC worked perfectly and made everything so comfortable. Especially when the open air from the windows can be a bit ocean smell from the sea moss and gulls around. The cleaning staff were very friendly and professional and tidied the room everyday. The bathroom was modern, clean and very spacious which every one loved. Overall I feel this was the perfect, and ideal spot to experience Venice in comfort, safety and affordability. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10
