The room assigned to us was not ready at 4 pm Sept 15. We had to find accommodation elsewhere as the phone number supplied went to voicemail. By the time we were able to get someone on the phone we had already checked into another property using expedia. We were promised a refund, we have not seen any money refund thus far.

Mi paseo estuvo muy bien, lo que no me gustó es que la wifi se fue por 2 días así que no podíamos mirar la televisión mientras asiamos las maletas , y también que los vecinos fumaban mucho pero no se podía hacer nada por eso gracias por todo.

This hotel was a hidden gem. Everything was on point. The communication, the staff, the cleanliness, the bed ( oh my goodness, I thought that I was in my own bed), the pool areas, fresh coffee all day, just everything. Would most definitely stay there again and also recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a beautiful relaxing stay.

The property was very clean, and the area was quiet. There were nearby stores to go to such as a coffee shop that was like 3-5 mins walk. The rooms were clean, and the staff were accommodating. The only thing was that the water pressure in the showers were a little weak. Contacting the staff was easy and someone was available to speak to you. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at the property.
