Firstly of you are driving don't book this hotel, they do not have parking and there is a cycle lane outside so it is impossible to even pull up to drop bags. Their recommended parking is a 10 min drive / 20 min walk away at St. Stephen's Green. You do get a 40% discount (just as well as two nights cost me €92!). When you do finally get into the hotel it has the most complicated layout as it is also a Weatherspoons Pub too (red flag No. 1) and you have to negotiate a maze of corridors and locked doors to get to the lift. Thin gs do not really improve once you get to your room, ours was small, narrow and right over the street which is directly opposite the Bleeding Horse pub / night club, so noise till very late. The bathroom was decent, big shower. Didn't have breakfast there, I did mention it was a Weatherspoons, right? Only book if you are not driving and don't mind noise.
