Overall it was really, really great! The noise from the pool can get loud on the weekends, and there’s not really any rooms that aren’t right by the pool, but this wasn’t a huge issue, just something we noticed. The staff were great, they keep the rooms and hotel very clean, the location is nice and close to downtown Jaco, and lots of other great activities! We would stay here again for sure!

Double payment
Five months later, and we are still waiting for the hotel to refund the double payment. Booked and paid via hotels.com - but upon arrival the hotel could not see this in their system and forced us to pay directly to them also. Did not have other options than doing this - but assumed they would refund once their error was clear. Many e-mails later and we are still waiting
