Should have told people before booking the room there’s a 75 dollar incidental fee . My sister had a service dog and the staff weird when we brought him to get breakfast . Then had the audacity to tell us to not bring him over there due to sanitary reason when he wasn’t doing anything but standing next to my b sister being a service dogs like he should be because she has a hard condition and can literally fall down and pass out . The pool area floors looked like they even been cleaned . The chlorine was so sting everyone was coughing and had to get out multiple times . The walls in the room were dirty and the door was water damaged . It doesn’t seem they really cleaned the room that well also a light build was broken in the light good thing we noticed it didn’t work and didn’t stick out hand in the lamp shade.

Great staff but property need some attention.
The elevator broke down before we arrived so had to walk a bit to take the stairs up three levels. Hotel room was clean but the iron was leaking water so got my dress shirt all wet, there were no conditioner in the shower and no lotion in the bathroom refill container. One of the tile in the bathroom seemed loose and wables. Very nice staff though.

Not Happy!!
I selected this hotel because I wanted an indoor hot tub/pool. When I arrived at about 4pm, I was told the hot tub was being fixed but the guy was almost done. About 30min later the out of service sign was down, than a few min later it was back up. I asked and was told the manager needed to come in and reset the alarms? Hours later I asked again and was told the manager still didn't come in. I guess it was too much for the manager to fix it. Also the room smelled like dirty socks.

The stay was very good. There was no issues and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and quick. Definitely returning to this hotel. The only thing is that the bed sheets/blankets should be changed as they seem a little old and not so clean.

So so hotel
The room on first floor had a chemical cleaning smell to it. The bath tub faucet was about to fall off the wall whentried to turn shower on. Extremely noisy during the night. The room in second floor was really nice and had no issues.
