Unfortunate bathroom problem
We spent Friday and Saturday night at the Hampton Inn. On Saturday, our toilet backed up. I went downstairs to report this and said I needed it fixed right away. The person at the check-in desk didn't seem to know how to handle it. I was downstairs for 5-10 minutes. When I went back to my room, I noticed the door was unlocked. When I went in, the person from the front desk said that it was merely slow running and that it would eventually all go down. From Saturday through Sunday when we left, we were unable to flush the toilet. I mentioned it to the front desk first thing Sunday morning and was told they didn't have anyone on staff to deal with it. Things like this should have been addressed immediately, even if they had to call in a plumber from the community
