Atendimento muito bom. Deixou a desejar na limpeza. O banheiro tinha que algum tipo de cheirinho, o chuveiro não estava funcionando bem a água estava muito quente e não tinha como regular. O cafe da manhã e bom.

Hotel bom, porém...
A estrutura do hotel em si é excelente porém não tivemos uma boa experiência no check-in, talvez devido o alto fluxo de pessoas devido o carnaval, só tinha uma pessoa atendendo e muita confusão em disponibilizar os quartos para quem já havia feito a reserva, deram o cartão de acesso à um apartamento e quando fomos lá, já tinha hóspede e isso aconteceu com várias pessoas. Ficamos nessa por cerca de 1hora até conseguir um quarto livre. Mesmo acontecendo isso tudo eu me hosperia lá novamente pois acredito que isso aconteceu devido o grande fluxo de pessoas mesmo.
