There were roaches inside my room they would I even took pictures and I bought the staff to my room for them to see the roaches I killed and they would not even give me a discount had me sign some sort of waiver I would never go back there again and there's a terrible smell in the hallway I would never go there again I had to put my stuff up off the floor and put it on the racks inside their closet to keep from bringing any roaches home

The property itself is fine, but the rooms are not comfortable and outdated. There was mold on the shower curtain, no wifi (but you can PAY for access), and the bed and couch were hard. The mini kitchen was fine and not used, but the bathroom had noconditioner, no toothbrush, no razor available, and many needed things not present. Air was not consistent with air conditioner and smelled smoky and musty. I would recommend spending a few more dollars and staying elsewhere, even if just for a night

They didn’t have breakfast like I thought they would, and room service never once gave us new linens or anything. We had to bring our towels to the front to get new ones, even after I asked a room service staff member for some when I was leaving the room.

The only thing that I had a problem with was the AC it was down, but there was willing to move me to another room and take care of it so I really can’t say that it was a bad state. It was a very good day. I recommend that want to go to.

The floors were really dirty and when I told them where can I find the door hangers of dnd so they don’t clean our room he said you don’t have to worry cleaning staff only comes once a week ?!… this is the last time we go To this though because I won’t be visiting Charleston soon

Dirty room, AC leaked all over the floor, moldy couch, and smells off. I’m not expecting perfection but I expect basic standards to be met so I don’t feel like I’m rolling in filth.

Supposed pet friendly and was told to not let dog on the bed. But when I went to use the bathroom at night there were cockroaches in the tub on the floor. It was disgusting. Then the staff were really rude.

I’ve stayed at extended stays before and been pleased. But this particular location is in need of some serious maintenance. The carpets in the halls are so dirty and smelly!! The rooms are spacious & fairly clean, but had several maintenance and cosmetic issues. Lotsa people hanging out in the parking lot at all times. But they do keep the parking lot lit up bright for security.
